For a country that prohibits its own citizens from gambling, Cambodia has over 100 registered casinos and lottery companies. These establishments will easily satisfy any gambling instincts foreigners — and often local residents — want satiated.

This database lists all the casino and “game of chance” registered companies and licenses issued by the Commercial Gambling Management Commission of Cambodia. Game of chance largely refers to lotteries, and includes other forms of gambling outside casinos. The commission reissued all licenses last year and in early 2023 following the passage of Law on Commercial Gambling.

The database also includes ownership information for casino corporations, using the Ministry of Commerce company registry, and highlights notable directors — some notorious for their business operations and others for being linked to alleged scam operations.
