The appointment was formalized in a document signed by Prime Minister Hun Sen on October 19 and publicly released by the Council of Ministers in May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hun Kimcheat is a son of Hun San, who is the brother of Hun Sen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the same Royal Gazette, Pa Vong Sokret was appointed as secretary of state at the Rural Development Ministry, in a document signed by Hun Sen on October 19. Vong Sokret is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oknha.news\/social-eco\/83899\">son of Pa Socheatvong<\/a>, who was the governor of Phnom Penh and currently a Cambodian People\u2019s Party
