In 2016, health authorities <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phnompenhpost.com\/national\/pm-seeks-health-officials-removal-over-impounded-ambulance\">seized an unlicensed ABC ambulance<\/a> that was reportedly being used to deliver fruit juices.
